About the Role
As a Growth Product Designer, you'll architect the critical touch points that transform visitors into engaged users. You'll blend behavioral psychology, strategic design, and analytical thinking to create experiences that resonate and convert.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to create user journeys that connect users to Company’s value early and frequently. This role includes optimizing landing pages, onboarding, and activation flows to convert new users while supporting Sales and Marketing with high-quality, persuasive visuals that reflect the Company's brand.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive user acquisition and activation through targeted, conversion-focused design.
- Leverage data insights and testing to identify high-impact growth opportunities; experiment rapidly to understand what drives engagement and improve conversion points.
- Design and test impactful landing pages, sales funnels, and compelling calls-to-action that effectively communicate Company’s value proposition.
- Optimize onboarding flows and in-product experiences that connect users to Company’s value early and continuously.
- Utilize a hypothesis-driven approach to tackle friction points in the user journey, applying quantitative and qualitative data to shape design strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality visuals that articulate the Company's brand and value proposition effectively.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth-focused product design, with a track record of increasing user engagement and optimizing for conversions.
- Expertise in data-informed design, A/B testing, and metrics-driven growth experimentation.
- Strong skills in visual and interaction design, with an eye for optimizing sales and marketing touch points.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
